Hi! I’m Willy Steigman, Chef and Owner of Pickle & Link, which specializes in catering and hand crafted unique pickles. After spending years reading blogs and deciding I would never write one, I’m writing one. I love food. Eating it, cooking it, reading about it, you name it. Even before I knew that I would have a career in food I loved food. After graduating from Skidmore College, working odd jobs in various sushi restaurants, completing a trip around the world,  attending the Institute of Culinary Education, and starting a catering company. I feel like I have one or two things to say about food that might interest someone other than myself and my boyfriend (who is required to think everything I say is interesting no matter what.)
